Its Spring and that means its time to freshen up, get rid of the old and welcome in the new! What better way to start than on your skin, lets wash away the winter blues and prepare for a little bit of sunshine (hopefully)! In this post I'll be reviewing 2 of Soap & Glory's body scrubs - Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em and Sugar Crush. I was so happy to receive these products as I'm always exfoliating my skin as being addicted to fake tan my skin does have that horrible scaley look sometimes which is just YUCK. Carry on reading below to hear my thoughts on these yummy scrubs. ππ
Soap and Glory's - Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em
This scrub really is delightful. First of all, the packaging and the colour of the scrub are really cute, and the scent is to match! This scrub is scented with Mist You Madly, this scent was a personal favourite of mine when I received a selection of Soap & Glory body sprays! Mist You Madly is scented with Blackcurrant, Magnolia and Vanilla so the smell is clean and fresh - its basically a perfume in scrub form so your body will be smelling amaaaazing after using this. The scrub its self does exactly what it says on the lid, its the perfect body buffer. Scoop out a handful rub it all over your body and you'll be left feeling smooth and smelling fresh!
Soap & Glory's Sugar Crush
As you can see from the pictures I literally could not wait to use this product, I jumped in the shower with it as soon as it arrived. This body scrub has been a personal fav of mine for years, the smell and the end result is unbeatable in my opinion. Like I said I am an avid user of fake tan (I tan atleast twice a week) and unfortunately my skin does get flakey and in need of a good ol'scrub - Sugar Crush is great for this as when using it with Soap & Glory's exfoliating gloves it really does polish your skin and get rid of all that nasty dead skin. The smell is AMAZING - its so fresh and fruity, and really refreshing to use in the morning as a wake up call! The ingredients include brown sugar, sweet lime and almond oil - which reminds me of them homemade scrubs you can make yourself, so it just feels nice and natural on your skin.
Overview
Both scrubs really are amazing and for the price of £8 a tub, they last you a while as a handful when used with exfoliating gloves does the trick when wanting to remove dead skin. Personally I would use Sugar Crush when wanting remove that unwanted patchy fake tan look and would use Scrub 'Em and Leave 'Em on more of a daily basis just to buff up my body and give me smooth baby like skin.
